Today was a fun trip.  Everyone including the June Bug crew had a great time.  Celebrating the 70th birthday of Pop Potter, four sons and sons-in-law took Pop deep sea fishing.  The whole clan was vacationing on the north end of LBI for the week but the women and children were left behind for this trip.

I have to tell you that the June Bug crew has seldom worked as hard as we did today to produce fish.  The result ... 2 tiny Sea Robins.  A sad, sad result.  However, the key goal of the day was met.  Everyone had a great day on the ocean and with each other.  Isn't that why you really charter?

Junior Mate Garrett Frey ran his first charter trip by himself and did a great job.  Way to go Garrett!

Hopefully the Potter clan will make this an annual event.  Thanks for coming with us on June Bug, guys!  Glad you all came to LBI for year 2 of your family reunion.  See you all next year!  Maybe we will get you out tuna fishing!
